Just underneath the display compartment EVOQUE scooping ice-cream cabinets are equipped with an additional tempering compartment. Although the temperature inside is lower than that of the display compartment it still allows to scoop ice-cream in a short time. Understorage compartment has a very low temperature for longer preservation.
